Buchla Studies is an exploration and immersion into the world of the buchla 700 one of the rarest synthesizers ever designed by the legendary Don Buchla.

Using a very accurate digital recreation of this iconic synthesizer and its voice architecture I spent a month recording multiple one take explorations of this iconic synth.

To “study” FM synthesis and the weird magical world of buchla synthesizers.

All along with a modular effects unit and a tape machine I recorded one take versions of all of these sonic adventures

all proceeds from this go to the Huntington Disease Society of America as well as all other digital revenue from my releases
